Desmoid Tumour research

On November 27, 2023, the U.S. Food and Drug Administration approved nirogacestat (Ogsiveo™) for adults with desmoid tumors that cannot be treated with surgery alone. The approval was based on research led by investigators at Memorial Sloan Kettering Cancer Center.
